If you have ever wanted to create a paella, this tutorial is a must. The main ingredients you will need to make this simple Seafood Paella is Shrimp and Saffron. So far, everyone who has made this recipe, only one opinion is “WOW”. But that doesn’t mean that this recipe won’t be made without a special occasion. You can make this seafood paella anytime you want with very little ingredients.

Do I need a special Paella Pan?

You can definitely buy a panel pan, but that is not necessary. It can be cooked very well on any skillet in your home. I didn’t even buy a panel pan myself, I cooked in an iron skillet in my kitchen.

How to Make this Easy Seafood Paella Recipe

The first step here is to boil the shrimp in boiling water. Just 2 minutes is enough to boil in hot water. After putting in hot water, when you see that the light pink color has come out of the shrimp, you will need to get them out of the water. Do not overcook. (Then do not drain the boiling water, leave it for use.)

Before using the rice it needs to be soaked in water for a total of 15-20 minutes, it helps to cook evenly on the palate. Then heat 3 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the chopped onion, fry it a little, then add the soaked rice.

After stirring 2-3 minutes, add some ingredients. For example, first, stir the chopped garlic and the boiling shrimp water, then mix well with saffron, red pepper, paprika, and salt.

Now stir with chopped tomatoes and green beans. Continue to boil until the liquid is depleted. Then cover the pan with the lid and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.

Now we will add the shrimp to the rice and shake it slightly. If you think the rice is too dry, add a small amount of water. Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the shrimp are pink.

When you see that everything is well cooked, turn off the gas and garnish with parsley and serve hot.
