Spinach artichoke dip is an all-time crowd-favourite appetizer. The base is instead made of a simple puréed cashew cream seasoned with nutritional yeast, sautéed shallot and garlic, salt, and pepper. We went for fresh spinach, but you can always use frozen if that’s what you have on hand (just be sure to thaw and squeeze out excess liquid before use). And once the spinach and artichokes are combined with the sauce, simply bake for a few minutes until bubbly and hot. Then serve. Swoon! This Chickpea bruschetta with sun-dried tomatoes was made with a rather loose plan of blending a few pantry ingredients together in my food processor and crossing my fingers it came out delicious. I’m happy to report, the experiment was a success! The sun-dried tomato chickpea spread has a lot of the Mediterranean flavours of a white bean dip, but a bit more of the texture of a rustic hummus. It tasted really fresh and delicious for a summer snack, but I’m going to keep this recipe in my back pocket for some easy holiday entertaining Vegan appetizers too!

These stuffed mushroom cream cheese Wontons might just be one of my favourite recipes ever on my site. They are insanely addictive, satisfy all stuffed mushroom cravings and are just SO GOOD they make me swoon. I swoon over food…don’t you too?
