Raita Recipe which is so tasteful and delicious that makes you feel cool. It has so many minerals and fiber to make you stronger. There are so many vegetables in that recipe to make you feel fresh and get more energy and also fight for any germs.
Let’s start with the main ingredient here – curd or yogurt is called India. This cheese is not yogurt, but basically plain yogurt. On the other hand, this recipe likes to be thick, but there is more liquid content (also a favorite thing) and it is more versatile. What we are going to do is to break the mixture of raita so that you can adapt it to anything else.
What I have for you today is a really simple recipe call raita or Indian raita or you can call vegetable’s raita which we eat almost every day. It has a mixture of pumpkin, tomatoes, cucumbers, coriander, bell pepper. It’s easy, packs many veggies and goes so well with almost everything!! Most of us eat rice and dal, biryanis, any types of chaat, chapati, and pulaos, bhaji or sometimes, I eat yeast as a dinner supper!
Mix or Whisk together yogurt, salt, cumin powder, green chili and chili powder till smooth and creamy and also thick. All the vegetables add and mix it well. Freeze for half an hour before serving you will notice that the veggies will leave a little water after refrigeration or cold. Just give it a quick mix and you're ready to go.
Plain yogurt can be easily replaced with Greek yogurt, but from its thick, add a little water to make it thin. For this recipe 1/4 cup water should be enough.
The raitas are usually lost in salt form. Increase the amount of salt it’s free to feel, and adjust according to taste.
After two hours, to serve raitas anywhere, add coriander leaves when serving so that you can save fresh taste.
