The french fries should be lightly coated with olive oil using a pastry brush.
Sprinkle potato fries with french fry seasoning evenly and bake at 400°F until they are golden brown and warm. It takes around 20 minutes.
Deep-Fried Fries
Once the fries are cooked, use a slotted spoon to remove the fries from the oil. They should be a golden-brown colour. Have the combined french fry seasoning ready.
Place them on paper towels lined plates and sprinkle with french fry seasoning right away.
Old Bay Classic
With its salty, smoky, and sweet flavor, Old Bay is a popular seafood seasoning. Aside from the paprika, mustard, and pepper, it also sounds like something that would be tasty on almost anything fried and crispy.
Old Bay fries are cult favorites at restaurants, but they're easy to make at home.
Add some Old Bay to the fries after they are removed from the hot oil (or lard, or duck fat).
The seasoning should be added before you bake oven-baked fries.
