Add1 tbsp of oil, 1/3 tbsp of ginger-garlic pest, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1/2 tbsp of chili sauce, 3 tbsp of cornflour, 2 pinches of salt, 1/3 tbsp of black pepper powder, 1/3 tbsp of red chili powder and 1 egg. Mix well and make a coat on chicken.
Let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
Heat a pan with oil. Put all the chicken pieces one by one in the oil and let them fry.
When you see the chicken pieces have become golden brown, put out from the pan.
Make Chili Chicken
Again heat a pan with oil.
Put chopped garlic and fry a little. In this case, ginger is optional.
Put the gas on high flame. Add chopped onions, capsicums, and bell pepper. Also, add green chilies at that time.
Then add 2 tbsp of tomato sauce, 2 tbsp of soya sauce and 2 tbsp of red chili sauce. Mix-up with the onions and peppers well.
You can add the chicken now if you want Dry Chili chicken. If you want chili chicken gravy, then skip this step.
Add 2 cups of water and stir a little. Also, add 1 tbsp of vinegar at that time. Keep them boil for a minute.
In this meantime take a bowl and mix 1 tbsp of cornflour along with 1/2 cup of water.
When you notice the water just start boiling, add the only 1 tbsp of cornflower water and stir. After 30-40 seconds again add 1 tbsp of cornflower water and stir continuously. (This step helps the gravy make thicker)
When you fill the gravy became perfectly thicker, add salt as per taste and sugar also (optional).
Now add the fried chickens and stir for a minute. Then add the chopped spring onion, mix a little and turn off the gas.
