The first step here is to boil the shrimp in boiling water. Just 2 minutes is enough to boil in hot water. After putting in hot water, when you see that the light pink color has come out of the shrimp, you will need to get them out of the water. Do not overcook. (Then do not drain the boiling water, leave it for use.)
Before using the rice it needs to be soaked in water for a total of 15-20 minutes, it helps to cook evenly on the palate. Then heat 3 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the chopped onion, fry it a little, then add the soaked rice and saffron.
After stirring 2-3 minutes, add some ingredients. For example, first, stir the chopped garlic and the boiling shrimp water, then mix well with saffron, red pepper, paprika, and salt.
Now stir with chopped tomatoes and green beans. Continue to boil until the liquid is depleted. Then cover the pan with the lid and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Now we will add the shrimp to the rice and shake it slightly. If you think the rice is too dry, add a small amount of water. Cover and cook for another 10-15minutes until the shrimp are pink.
When you see that everything is well cooked, turn off the gas and garnish with parsley and serve hot.
