Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh chilled curd or yogurt,
  • 1/2 tsp cumin or jeera powder,
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder optional
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt
  • 1 tsp Green chilli
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic,
  • 1 tsp fresh coriander leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Add curd or yogurt in a bowl and whisk well. Do not add water on it.

  • Transfer the smoothie and creamy curd into a serving bowl.
  • Add jeera powder, pepper powder, black salt, salt, and chopped or grated garlic.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves if you want to, and chili powder.
  • Mix very well and serve it with biryani or any dishes.
